Workshop 7: Strategic Implementation of e-Learning

This workshop targets e-Learning beginners and interested persons who want to establish e-Learning in their organisations.
Target of the workshop is to present and to develop success factors and critical aspects for implementing e-Learning. The participants will develop a first rough concept for their own organisation. Different kinds of institutions like public sector or business companies will be considered.
Workshop leader is Dr. Jens Breuer, Qualitus GmbH, Cologne (Germany). As a full service provider Qualitus offers a wide range of e-learning services. The company is supporting more than 100 organisations in establishing and using ILIAS.
