Summary: Where do we go? This is the story of what I have learned preparing 50+ electronic teaching materials in the last five years. This number is too small to draw statistically validated conclusions but it sufficient to acquire a hunch which directions not to pursue.
It is meaningless to create linear e-books using sequential tables of content. It is also meaningless to misuse, overuse and abuse the multimedia features provided by the latest available technology. In my presentation I will show how knowledge maps and purpose-built animations can be helpful if they contain neither more nor less information than required for the teaching material. Finally I will talk about the greatest pitfall of e-learning material development, namely the problems e-teachers face in determining the right ratio of text-diagram-animation.
Absztrakt: Merre megyünk? Az utóbbi 5 évben elkészített félszáz tananyag alapján mondom el tapasztalataimat. Ez arra kevés, hogy statisztikával igazolt következtetéseket vonjak le, de arra elég, hogy érezzem, merre ne menjek.
Értelmetlen szekvenciális tartalomjegyzéken alapuló e-bookot csinálni. Továbbá értelmetlen visszaélni a multimédia adta lehetőségekkel. Előadásomban megmutatom, miként segíthet a tudástérkép és a tananyaghoz gyártott mozgókép, amik se több se kevesebb információt nem adnak, mint ami a tananyaghoz kell. Végül beszélek a tananyagkészítés legnagyobb csapdájáról, nevezetesen a tanárok nehézségeiről a szöveg-ábra-(mozgó)kép arányok meghatározása miatt.
