CREATING AN ELEARNING NETWORK OF SCHOOLS AT REGIONAL SCALE

The presentation deals with the necessity to bring together a determined number of social and institutional factors to create a self-fulfilling dynamic between the schools of a delimited region. It will put the emphasis on the opportunity to make out of an elearning regional project a factor for local development.

 

Laurent Merle, In charge of pedagogical use of LMS in secondary schools, Académie de Bordeaux (France)

Laurent Merle is currently working on the Argos project (ministry-funded LMS project). In the context of this initiative, he has been developping a specific work on the creation of training contents for teachers, and provided consultancy and support to 50 secondary schools in the Bordeaux area.
